Bugs fixed in this release

• Move left menu Story to right panel in Newsletter menu and it will show up if extended type have been made
• Add default heading for new newsletter in newsletter name
• Add tooltips for some field
• Add announcement at the top right for trial
• Remove step 3 import trial display
• Remove send button after preview newsletter and change test text button with test sending
• Repair limitation code for contact
• Make session for limitation
